Vehicle owners who want their car professionally managed and rented out, and anyone intending to purchase or acquire a vehicle specifically for Yello Automotive to manage as part of its fleet.
What Yello handles
Once a vehicle is onboarded, our operations team handles bookings, handover and return, day-to-day coordination with renters, and reporting back to the owner — all set out in the signed Fleet Management Agreement.
Earnings and terms
Any earnings arrangement is agreed individually and set out in your Fleet Management Agreement — subject to vehicle eligibility and the terms of that agreement. We do not quote figures on this page; our team will walk you through the terms once your vehicle has been assessed.
How the process works
1. Enquiry
Tell us about your vehicle, or the type of vehicle you plan to acquire, using the form below.
2. Assessment & inspection
Our fleet team reviews the details and arranges an inspection where applicable to confirm eligibility.
3. Agreement
If the vehicle is suitable, we agree terms in writing through a Fleet Management Agreement before anything begins.
4. Onboarding
Once the agreement is signed, your vehicle is onboarded into the managed fleet and ready for bookings.
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance — every vehicle is subject to assessment, and onboarding only happens after a written agreement is signed.
