### **Rental Policy:**

#### **Self-Drive Rental:**

– **Booking Duration:** Minimum 2-day rental.
– **Rental Rates:** Additional charges apply for trips outside Accra; rates vary by region. Please ensure you pay for the destination before travel to avoid penalties.
– **Rental Period:** 24 hours per day; for luxury cars, 12 hours/day.
– **Security Deposit:**
– 25% refundable deposit if rental is GHS 2000 or more.
– GHS 500 fixed deposit for rentals below GHS 2000.
– **Delivery Fee:** GHS 200 (covers both drop-off and pick-up).
– **Payment:** Full payment required before car delivery via Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, or Card. No cash payments accepted.
– **Fuel:** Rental price covers the vehicle only; fuel is separate.
– **Driver’s License:** Only registered drivers with Yello Automotive may drive the vehicle.
– **Vehicle Condition:** Return the car in the same condition—washed and fuel filled to the same level as received.
– **Damage/Fines:** Contact customer support before any repairs or fines to avoid double charges.
– **Extension:** Full-day rate applies for extensions.
– **Cancellation:** GHS 300 cancellation fee applies if canceled less than 48 hours before the booking date.
– **Delivery Times:** Delivery begins from 8am, with a latest return time of 9pm.
– **Delivery Days:** Available Monday to Sunday.

#### **Chauffeured Rental:**

– **Rental Period:** 12 hours per day.
– **Overtime Fees:**
– Half-day rate for extensions from 8 pm to 11 pm.
– Full-day rate for extensions beyond 11 pm.
– **Driver’s Allowance:** Included in the rental rate.
– **Accommodation:** If the rental extends beyond a day and is outside Accra, accommodation is needed for the driver. The client may provide accommodation or the cost will be added to the rental rate.
– **Fuel:** Fuel is not included in the rental price. Clients must refill the tank after each trip.
