**Rental Policy:**

– **Rental Period:** 12 hours per day.
– **Overtime Fees:**
– Half-day rate from 8 pm to 11 pm.
– Full-day rate applies if the rental goes beyond 11 pm.
– **Driver’s Allowance:** Included in the rental rate.
– **Accommodation:** If the trip extends beyond a day and is outside Accra, accommodation for the driver will be necessary. You can either provide accommodation for the driver or the cost will be added to the quoted rate.
– **Fuel:** Fuel is not included in the rental price. Clients are required to refill the fuel tank after each trip.
– **Payment:** Full payment must be made before the car is delivered. Payments can be made via Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, or Card. No cash payments are accepted.
– **Cancellation:** A cancellation fee of at least GHS 300 will apply if the booking is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled date.
– **Strictly Chauffeured:** This vehicle is available only with a driver. No self-drive option is available.
